Based primarily in Hawke's Bay and Christchurch, Out East Creative Ltd produce multi-disciplinary arts events and offer consultancy in the arts, specialising in theatre management. 
With an extensive background in theatre and cross-disciplinary contemporary arts practices,  Out East's director - Andy Brigden works as an actor, director, teacher, writer, arts and event manager.
